Out of the mouths of boys . . .

While shopping today in Wal-Mart, there was a small child a few aisles over having a very loud tantrum. My heart always goes out to mom's or dad's having to deal with fits like that in public. I've "been there, done that" countless times. Today though, AJ was in "angelic mode." Conversing with me about anything and everything, I was thankful that he was not the one throwing a huge fit. An elderly woman approached us and looked at AJ and said, "Well, aren't you just the best behaved young man in this store today. You are such a good boy. Yes you are." AJ happily replied, "Yep, I am, yep." Not a second later, he looked at me and said, "What? Was her talking to me? What did she say?" :)
