Gregg decided a couple of months ago, that Cosette was old enough to start cutting Dwight and AJ's hair.
So far, no huge haircut mistakes have been made.
In fact, I think she secretly enjoys it. (I'm not sure I can say the same for her brothers.)

I just sent Lauren an email begging for a picture of one of her buzzed boys. I want to buzz Jonathan's hair for the summer but Derek is reluctant. Maybe if I convince him, I"ll have Kate do it. :) Nice job, Cosette! I bet she feels super-important.
