Dwight has been dreading school. I'm not sure why. I know that once he goes tomorrow, he'll get back into a routine and do just fine.
One of the pluses this year is Latin everyday. He's been doing Latin since Kindergarten, but just parts of the catechism with Pastor Grunst. Now, he'll have it everyday as part of his 3rd grade curriculum.
(Insert beginning of pep talk)
Me: "Won't it be exciting to have Latin everyday? That's going to be so great! What a great language to learn."
Dwight: "What? Do I have to be fluent in it?"
Pep Talk Fail (thanks Adriane)
