Cosette loves to write stories. On many afternoons, I'll find her quietly working in her room on her books. For Gregg's birthday she wrote two books-one about baseball and one about airplanes.
This is a page from one of her books. My favorite line is : "They could rip your wallet poor."
Adriane, perhaps you could use an apprentice. :)

It's true - especially those flights out of Billings. :)
How fun to read through these when she's older. Please do hold on to them. We get a HUGE kick out of reading Adriane's.
A budding artist! Tell her she's next in line to take over Higher Things Magazine. They need her. Like, NOW.
Kate is a big story-writer, too! She and her school friends collaborate on plays, and they assign every character an age. It's not just Suzie, it's Suzie, the three-year-old. Leah, the seven-year-old. The dialogue is hysterical. I save almost nothing my kids bring home (except, as I tell them, the important things), but this stuff is priceless.
