Day 1 of Camp Mimi African Safari

Smooth flight to Nairobi on Mimi Imagine Air--Fly The Planet! In-flight movie about urban family life in Kenya, and a family safari into the bush.
At camp headquarters: Kenya flags were made and the study of Kiswahili language and Masai, the tribal people who keep ancient traditions in the Bush was begun.
Short safari into a dangerous, poisonous snake-infested jungle area in Botswana, a country south of Kenya.
Hacking into jungles with machetes is hot exhausting work.
All three campers encountered foot-long snakes, and quickly bit off their heads as instructed by the Tracker, preventing any serious injuries. Except to the snakes. Snakes found to be delicious raw, tasting something like gummy worms.
Dwight was the first one to break through dense wall of vines.

Rested at Bush Cafe, lunched on choice of zebra, ostrich, or gazelle meat sandwiches and zebra cakes.
