Day 2 of Camp Mimi African Safari

Dreaming of Africa on the jungle pillow cases given to all 3 campers by Fallon's Grandma Viv.
A closer look at the pillow cases
Hard at work constructing Masai shields.
They still use them and are known as the fiercest warriors in Kenya.
Lunch break at another Bush cafe; popped maize, ice cold bush melon, and fruity drinks in animal containers, also given by Grandma Viv.
Morning game drive in the Land Rover. We saw 3 of the Big Five-the Elephant, Lion & Rhino. There were also all kinds of deer-type animals with interesting names: gerenuk, dik-dik, oryx & gazelle for example.

I know-one of these days I'm going to have to talk Mimi into doing a camp for adults with lots of Peach Bellinis.
