Me: Lasagna
AJ: Lasagna? You've got to be kidding me.
Me: AJ, would you please go brush your teeth?
AJ: Brush my teeth? Is it bedtime already? You've got to be kidding me.
Me: Look at that tree. Isn't it pretty? The leaves are already starting to change colors for fall.
AJ: What? It's already fall? You've got to be kidding me.
